By using this website and booking services with Golden Hour Event Design & Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event as outlined in your contract or invoice.
Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made after booking may be subject to additional fees depending on the timing and services reserved.
Rental Items
Clients are responsible for the care of all rented items during the event period. Any damage, loss, or excessive wear may result in additional charges.
Setup & Breakdown
Golden Hour Event Design & Rentals will handle delivery, setup, and removal of rental items as agreed upon and outlined in the contract. Timing will be coordinated in advance.
For smaller or individual rental items, clients may be responsible for pickup, setup, and return. In these cases, al items must be returned in the same condition they were received and within the agreed-upon timeframe. Any damages, missing items, or late returns may result in additional fees.
Setup and breakdown responsibilities will always be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to the event.
Venue & Event Conditions
Golden Hour Event Design & Rentals does not own or operate event venues. All services are provided at third-party locations selected by the client.
Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permissions, approvals, or requirements from their venue, including setup times, access, and any restrictions.
We are not responsible for delays, limitations, or issues caused by the venue, including restricted access, time constraints, or venue policies.
For outdoor events, Golden Hour Event Design & Rentals is not responsible for weather-related conditions, including but not limited to wind, rain, heat, or uneven terrain. Certain setups may be modified or canceled for safety reasons.
The client assumes responsibility for ensuring a safe and suitable setup area. We reserve the right to adjust or decline setup if conditions are deemed unsafe or may result in damage to equipment.
